Welcome to ACOG

A Spirit filled church serving, building, reaching to the community for a soon coming Christ
Welcome to the Atlanta Church of God—a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled church family in the heart of Lawrenceville, Georgia. We are honored that you are here, and we invite you to experience a place where faith comes alive, hope is renewed, and lives are transformed through Jesus Christ. Our mission is simple: Reach, Build, and Serve. We exist to share Christ with people from all walks of life, helping them discover meaning, purpose, and new life in Him. Through practical Bible teaching, passionate worship, loving service, and authentic relationships, we seek to grow together as one family in Christ. We are a diverse and welcoming congregation, united by our faith and enriched by our cultures. Our Sunday worship services are offered in both English and Malayalam, reflecting our heart for all generations and backgrounds. Whether you are new to the area, exploring faith for the first time, or searching for a church to call home, there is a place for you here. Join us every Sunday as we gather for vibrant worship, the preaching of God’s Word, and life-giving fellowship. We believe in the transforming power of Jesus Christ and are committed to living out our faith by loving others and shining His light in our community and around the world.

From the Pastor’s Desk

It is with great joy and heartfelt gratitude that I welcome you to the Atlanta Church of God. Whether you have been walking with the Lord for many years, are just beginning your journey of faith, or are simply seeking answers to life’s questions, please know this: you are deeply loved by God, and you are always welcome here.

Since our founding in 1999 by Rev. C. V. Andrews, the Atlanta Church of God has been a place where the broken find healing, the weary find rest, and believers find strength for the journey ahead. What began with a simple yet powerful vision—to be a Spirit-filled community rooted in God’s Word and led by the Holy Spirit—has, by God’s grace, touched countless lives through worship, prayer, discipleship, and faithful service.

Today, as I have the privilege of serving alongside a devoted team of leaders and a loving congregation, our passion remains unchanged: to reach the lost, build believers, and serve our community and the nations for the glory of God. Every service we gather for, every song we lift in worship, and every hand we extend in love has one purpose—to point people to Jesus Christ, the One who alone can transform lives and offer eternal hope.

If you are searching for a church family, I warmly invite you to worship with us and experience the presence of God for yourself. My prayer is that when you walk through our doors, you will feel not only the warmth of God’s love but also the embrace of a community that genuinely cares for you.

We are more than a church—we are a family on a mission. And there is a place here for you.
